May I choose the model of the vehicle?

Our system envisages the possibility of specifying your preference for a specific model or make of car in a car group or category. In case that model was not available at the time of pick up, it would be changed into another one in the same category. In case no car of the selected category was available (B, C, C1...) you would be given a higher category without any extra charge. However, we will always try our best to satisfy your needs. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us, if you want to inform us about your preferences.

Why do I have to bring my credit card?

Taking the measure of bringing the credit card specified on the booking to cover the additional costs allows us to avoid fraud and to keep our reduced and competitive rates.

Is there any cancellation charge?

No. As far as you cancel your booking 24 hours before your pick up date. However, we would appreciate if you could inform us as soon as possible so we can update our fleet and keep offering the best service and price.

I haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have made a booking over 24 hours ago and you haven't received our confirmation email, the most likely possibility is that our email was blocked by the Anti-Spam service of your email account. Please, check that the confirmation email is not in the "SPAM" , "Junk Mail" or "Unwanted Mail" file of your email account. If our email is in the SPAM file, make sure to modify your account configuration so that it does not block the emails incoming from "" and from our email address "". If our email is NOT in the SPAM file, please, send us an email as soon as possible to and we will send you the confirmation, you may also call us at +34 964 34 36 26 . We will be happy to assist you.

Which are the payment methods I can choose between?

Payment is made with a credit card (Visa and MasterCard) when you arrive at the airport. We also accept Visa and MasterCard ATM debit cards (except for EC-Karte). All the other credit cards, such as American Express, will also be accepted, provided that the customer purchases the Total Comfort Cover. The holder of the credit card must be present at the time of pick up.

Is it safe to provide my credit card details?

Absolutely safe. Our website works with a secure layer or SSL and fulfils all the standards in international security, certified by Verisign.

Why do I have to install the original accessories myself?

The additional accessories will be installed by the hirer. Our insurance demands it to be this way. In case of any incident resulting from an inadequate installation of the accessories, the company will take no responsibility for the damages caused.

Can I take the vehicle out of Spain?

Please note that as the insurance only covers Spain, you are not allowed to take the vehicle abroad. We inform you that destinations like Gibraltar and Andorra are not belonging to Spain and therefor are seen as countries.

What do you do with my personal data?

They are exclusively used to make your booking and, if you asked about joining Club Record, we will use them to keep your "points account" and offer you the best offers.

Which are the benefits of being a Club Record member?

As a member of Club Record you will:

  • Participate in offers and raffles.
  • Have access to your data modification.
  • Get higher speed on your booking process, as you will not have to fill the form out with all your details again.
I forgot my Club Record password, how do I get a new one?

When you enter the Account Access page, you will find a box where you will be able to state the e-mail address you provided when registering and we will re-send your password to you immediately.

I want to modify my data as a Club Record member, how can I do it?

Easily. Access your account with your e-mail address and password and press the "Modify my data" button. Make any changes you need and accept by pressing the appropriate button.

What are "Record Points"? How can I use them?

Record Points is a loyalty system exclusively for Club Record members. You earn points with every booking and you can use them for discounts in the following reservations. Each point is equivalent to 1 Euro and you get them depending on offers, dates and type of rented car.

To spend them, activate your Club Record account before making your booking and, at the moment of choosing the payment method, use the points you have available to partially pay the charge.
