Neighborhood of Vegueta: Urban group of ancient houses built with the typical architecture of the Canary Islands, reminiscent of the Colonial Lima or Cartagena of Indies. Art galleries are abundant in this neighborhood. It is considered one of the most important colonial centers of the world.
Cathedral. Pl. Santa Ana: Its construction started in 1497, of gothic style, it contains a rich treasure of liturgical ornaments and works of art.
Precinct of the people from the canaries: Located next to the Park Doramas and to the Santa Catalina hotel. The house-museum of Benito Perez Galdos constitutes an example of the architecture of the canaries where one of the most brilliant writers of Spanish literature was born and spent most of his youth.
