The Smart ForFour joins the Record Go rental car fleet roster in our Palma de Majorca Airport office. The vehicle will be available starting April 29th for all of our customers.
The Smart ForFour is the four-seater option of Smart. It keeps the Smart’s unmistakable design, yet with the great advantage of being able to accommodate four adults. The ForFour still has the compact and versatile look to it, and also this model has a higher load capacity. The vehicle model is a must for both driving through the city and touring around the island of Majorca. Four seats, five doors and a thousand possibilities.
Thanks to the rear engine and the fact that has real-wheel drive, not only it becomes extremely compact but it also very comfortable to drive, due to its state-of-the-art manual transmission. Besides, with a length of 3,49 meters, the Smart ForFour becomes unbeatable when it comes to park.
Despite its size, the vehicle does offer intelligent solutions for a larger capacity and loading convenience, such as the rear doors, that open to 85 degrees, making fitting child seats a dead easy task. Also, if you need more luggage room, the rear seats do fold completely flat and if you are carrying taller or bulkier items, Smart also offers a “ready space” feature.
Regarding safety, the Smart ForFour is equipped with Crosswind Assist (fitted as standard), which moderates breaking when the car encounters a strong gust of wind and the driver does not have to steer too much. It includes five airbags (lateral and torso airbags for the driver and the passenger seat, as well as a knee airbag for the driver).
At Record Go, we offer the 52 kW engine (71 hp) for the Standard, Passion and Proxy finishes.
