Instructions for obtaining your rental agreement

• When you reach Malaga airport (Arrivals Hall, floor 0), please follow the ‘Rent a car’ signs to get to the Record go Malaga airport office, which is in the rent a car hall on floor -1.
• In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement.

Just Go Box Zone

• Your rental agreement should be obtained by using one of our Just Go Box.
• Go to the Just Go Box area, located in the Record go car park office, on floor -1.
• On the screen of our Just Go Box you’ll be shown the steps to follow in order to obtain your rental agreement.

Directions from the terminal office to the pick-up office

• Turn left and you’ll find the access door to the ‘Rent a car’ car park.
• Enter the inside of the car park, turn right and walk to the end of the car park, where you’ll find the Record go offices.
• In this office, they’ll give you the keys to your vehicle.

Directions for returning your rental vehicle at Málaga airport with Record go

Directions to the drop-off office in the cark park

• Go to the airport and follow signs that will guide you to the car park building.
• Once at the car park’s entrance, access floor -1.
• Park the vehicle in one of the drop-off spaces for Record go. They are the red spaces that appear in the plan in the “Car park” section on the next page.
• Once the vehicle is parked, go to the Record go drop-off office and hand in the vehicle key to properly identified Record go staff only.

PLEASE NOTE: Drop-offs outside of office hours (Check timetable in Point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions): If you return the vehicle outside of office hours, deposit the vehicle’s keys in the key mailbox at the Record go drop-off office.
