Go to the Feria with your car hire at Malaga Airport and don't miss the Malaga party and everything that the capital of the Costa del Sol has to offer.
When August arrives, the people of Malaga decorate the city and prepare themselves for the biggest celebration on the Costa del Sol: the Feria de Málaga or Malaga Fair.
From 17th to 24th August, the city’s streets are filled with life, partying, and food. Ten intense days during which the city receives thousands of tourists who come to enjoy the celebration.
Wear something with polka-dots and come see for yourself!
Did you know that the Malaga Fair is divided into two parts? During the day, the streets of the city’s old town are filled with people and at night, they all move to the Cortijo de las Torres.
The best way of getting from one place to another? Hiring a hire car at the airport, so you can move around the city and park in one of the thousands of spaces provided by the City Council. Easy, convenient and simple.
During this time, Málaga doesn’t forget about the little ones. If you want to take advantage to go on a family trip, you can enjoy numerous children’s workshops which are carried out at the fair, or entertainment in the squares.
Don’t miss out on the moment when the Real de la Feria lights are switched on, you’ll be left awestruck! If you’re adventurous, the “Calle del Infierno” is full of rides.
And to add a special touch, buy them a Cordobes hat or some flowers for their hair.
And if you can’t take the heat of the fair anymore, you can escape with your hire car to one of Malaga’s beaches and take a dip. If you have young children, remember you can contract the child seat extra and one of our GoPads to ensure the trip goes smoothly.
Malaga has much more to offer than just its Fair. If you want to disconnect from the celebrations and you love art, why not visit one of the many art galleries? Malaga is also full of monuments, spread across the city: La Manquita, la Plaza de la Merced, etc.
If in the end you choose our rent-a-car service, you can also take a trip to the top of a perfectly placed mountain to see the Castillo de Gibralfaro and enjoy a panoramic view of the whole city. And if you like good views, you can also drive to the Alcazaba site, built on the ruins of a Roman theatre and offering unbeatable views.
Allow yourself to be won over and explore Malaga and its Fair with Record go.
Are you going to miss out?
