What should I do if my flight is delayed and I arrive outside the agreed pick-up time?

If your flight is delayed and you arrive outside of the agreed pick-up time, don't worry, we're here to help. We understand that delays are situations beyond your control, and that's why we want to offer you a quick and easy solution.

 

These are the steps you need to follow:

 

  1. Contact us: As soon as you know that your flight has been delayed, call us on the customer service number or send us an email. This will allow us to know your new arrival time and adjust the rental car pick-up.
  2. Confirm the new pick-up time: We will make sure that we can arrange for the vehicle to be delivered at the new arrival time. If our office hours have already passed, we will try to offer you a solution so that you can pick up the car without inconvenience.
  3. Possible additional charges: If you arrive outside of the established hours, we will try to ensure that there are no extra charges, but in some cases, there may be a small additional fee, depending on the situation. We will inform you in advance.
  4. After-hours pick-up: In case you do not arrive during our office hours, we will coordinate with you the best way to pick up your vehicle, if possible.
