Subject of the contract Vehicle rental
TODAY RENT provides the Client with the vehicle identified in the Particular Conditions of each Contract, together with all the documentation legally required for its use.
The contract holder is directly and jointly liable for the fulfilment of the following contractual obligations by the main driver and any additional drivers authorized to drive the hired vehicle.
The Lessee undertakes to declare its status as a simple user to any third party and, in particular, in the event of seizure, bankruptcy, confiscation, judicial intervention or any other similar event, as well as to inform the Lessor of this circumstance within 24 hours of becoming aware of it, so that the latter can take the appropriate measures to defend its property.
In the event that TODAY RENT considers that any of the following obligations are being violated, TODAY RENT reserves the right to take the appropriate legal action, such as withdrawing the rented vehicle from the driver of the vehicle and/or requesting the return of the vehicle through the courts.
The actual return of a vehicle by the Hirer to the Lessor shall not be deemed to have taken place until the vehicle is returned to the TODAY RENT office where it was delivered.
If the Lessee fails to comply with the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the Lessor, without prejudice to its right to collect the amounts provided for in Clause 4.4 until the vehicle in question is effectively returned, may require the Lessee to comply and, if in spite of this, the Lessee does not deliver the vehicle within the following two days to the agreed place, the Lessor shall take possession of the vehicle where and when it can be found, The costs of recovering the vehicle shall be borne by the Lessee, and the Lessor shall be entitled to make use of this power upon presentation of the document accrediting the request made to the Lessee, without the latter having delivered the vehicle.
Verification on return will follow the instructions in the Return Manual.
Return the rented vehicle within office hours at the agreed place and date, at the same pick-up office. In the event of late return of the rented vehicle, the contracted cover will be invalidated and TODAY RENT will apply a penalty for each day of delay in returning the vehicle as detailed in the section on penalties.
Failure to comply with any of the above obligations will invalidate the contracted cover, so that the contract holder will be responsible for the payment of all damages caused to the rented vehicle, the cost of the tow truck, the repatriation of the vehicle, the additional days of immobilization of the vehicle until its recovery according to the extra day/late return penalty set out in point 4.4. The above cases of loss of cover and rights are expressly detailed and informed to the client in the booking process, highlighting the key information, so that the information can be marked for acceptance.
The minimum age for renting a car with TODAY RENT is 21.
Minimum age for motorbike rental 19 years old.
If any of the authorized drivers on the rental contract is 19 years old, they may only rent the 125 SCOOTER groups, provided that they have an A1 or A2 license that is more than 1 year old. A junior driver supplement will be added to the rental price for each driver in this age range.
In the case of TRIKE group tricycles, they can be rented by authorized drivers over 19 years of age, as long as they have had a B license for more than 1 year, plus a supplement for young drivers for each driver in the 19-24 age range.
In the TRIKE group, there will be no young driver supplement for authorized drivers with a B license more than 1 year old, provided they have an A1 or A2 license more than 1 year old.
If any of the authorized drivers on the rental contract is between 21 and 24 years old (both inclusive), all groups can be rented and a young driver surcharge will be added to the rental price for each driver in this age range, except in the cases indicated above.
TODAY RENT declines any liability for accidents or damage to property caused by the rented vehicle if the contract holder has deliberately provided TODAY RENT with inaccurate information concerning his identity, address, or the validity of his driving license.
Faxed or photocopied driving licenses will not be accepted.
If the contract holder does not provide the documentation and information described below, TODAY RENT reserves the right to refuse the vehicle rental.
The contract holder and all drivers named in the contract must present their valid national identity card (EU residents only), passport or equivalent document as proof of identity.
If this document is not available in Roman characters, it must be accompanied by a certified translation.
Faxed or photocopied documents will not be accepted. Only the original physical document will be accepted.
For rentals of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, all drivers listed in the contract must present a valid EU driving license or a driving license from a country that is a member of the international conventions type B, which is at least three years old.
For rentals of two-wheeled vehicles, all drivers listed in the contract must present a valid EU driving license, which must be at least 3 years old for driving license type B, or at least 1 year old for driving license type A2.
For tricycle rentals, all drivers listed in the contract must present a valid EU driving license, with a minimum age of 3 years for driving license type B, or driving license type A and a minimum age of 21 years.

In the case of presenting a temporary driving license, if it does not indicate the age of the driving license, the expired license must be presented to prove it, otherwise it will be understood that it is less than one year old and the vehicle may not be handed over.
If you have a non-EU driving license or a driving license from a country that is not a party to the international conventions (cars only), must be accompanied by an international driving license in order to be able to collect the vehicle. For motorbikes and non-EU driving licenses, an international driving license is always required.
If a driving license in Roman characters is not available, an international driving license must be presented, or a certified translation of the driving license must accompany the driving license.
If the driver is resident in Spain for more than 6 months, he/she must present a valid Spanish driving license, unless he/she presents a valid driving license from a country belonging to the EU or Schengen area.
Faxed or photocopied driving licenses will not be accepted, only the original valid physical driving license or in digital format will be accepted for licenses issued in Spain and visible on the Spanish DGT app, provided that their authenticity can be verified by our staff prior to the opening of the contract.
TODAY RENT declines all responsibility for any traffic sanction imposed on the driver for not having a license or licences to drive the vehicle in Spain. It is the responsibility of the driver to consult and understand the current regulations.
The contract holder and authorized drivers must provide TODAY RENT with a local address.
The addresses you provide for the rental, both your usual address and the address where you use the vehicle, must be proven if required by the staff and may be grounds for the refusal of the vehicle. Your usual address may be proven by a receipt or invoice and the address for use of the vehicle may be proven by a confirmed reservation or a receipt or invoice.
The Hirer shall provide proof of his personality when concluding the individual contract. If the request for the service and signing of the contract is made on behalf of a legal entity, the lessee accepts full binding obligations, even in the event that the contract is signed by any person employed by, linked or related to the lessee, even if they lack organic representation, and may not claim ignorance or lack of effectiveness, from the moment they take possession, use and make use of the rented vehicle.
This rate is for rentals of 1 to 12 months and includes 1,000 km per month, with the possibility of contracting packages of 500 or 1,000 additional kilometers.

This rate is for rentals issued by the Record go Mobility Valencia Airport office, only applicable to people affected by the DANA floods. In order for the rate to be applicable, interested persons must attach a Request for Indemnity to the Insurance Consortium and all the normal documentation required (driving licence, identification document, etc.). In the Indemnity Application, the insured person must coincide with the person requesting the rental, the cause of the request must indicate Cause of Extraordinary Flooding, the date must be the date of occurrence of the DANA in the province of Valencia and the type of property must be a passenger vehicle.
VAT and airport taxes are included in our prices.
If you have made your booking through a third party, please check the cancellation policy of the third party.
If the contract holder takes out this extra, he/she will extend the daily mileage limit applicable to the tariffs.

Price of the 'Young Driver' extra:

This extra only allows the driving of groups 125 SCOOTER, TRIKE, A, B, C. C LCV.
This service offers you the possibility of having our staff deliver the vehicle to you and formalize the rental contract with you, so that you do not have to come to our office.
Requirements, conditions and cost:
You can hire this extra at the time of booking or at any time by telephone, by calling our call center, but it will be necessary to have this extra hired at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability according to the rental office.
Pre-payment in any of the accepted forms of payment shall be compulsory.
You must provide an email address where we will send you the location of the meeting point and a contact telephone number.
Collection of the vehicle:
Collection must always take place within the office's operating hours.
If you wish to make any changes to the details provided in the booking, the contract must be formalized at the TODAY RENT office.
We will give you a 30 minute courtesy margin from the time you provide for the collection. In the event of a no-show during this period, you will have to make your own arrangements to travel to the office for collection. In this case, the personalized delivery charge will not be refunded.
In the event of an early or late pick-up, you have 60 minutes before the pick-up time to notify us; always via the telephone number of the pick-up office or our call center.
In case of short notice, for late pick-up a penalty of €20 will be applied for parking costs and staff time and in the case of early pick-up no penalty will be applied but may be refused for reasons of availability and preparation.
In general, it is not permitted to take vehicles outside the national territory of the mainland or between islands or to take a ferry.
Only cars will be allowed to drive into another country, nor motorbikes or commercial vehicles, and will require prior request, authorization and payment of the corresponding extra charge.

None of the following coverages include theft, loss or damage to the driver's personal property.
Basic cover with excess is included in the rental price.
Only drivers expressly authorized by TODAY RENT in the rental contract are covered by the basic cover with excess.
The cover is valid only for the duration of the rental contract. In the event of late return of the vehicle, or non-compliance with the obligations of point 1.4, the cover becomes invalid.
The basic cover with excess includes the following benefits:
In the event of damage to the rented vehicle, the contract holder shall be liable to pay for the damage up to the limit of the excess corresponding to the group of the rented vehicle, provided that the driver uses the vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. The excess shall be applied for each separate claim, damage or loss to the vehicle.
In case the renter/driver does not follow the procedure that TODAY RENT establishes in case of damage or breakdown of the vehicle or in case of theft or robbery of the vehicle (see obligations section 1.4) or violates any of the terms and conditions of the rental contract, the basic coverage with excess will be invalidated and the contract holder will be responsible for the payment of the damage to the vehicle, towing and breakdown costs and in case of total loss, the payment of the market value of the vehicle at the time of the incident.
A RecordGo employee will check the vehicle with the hirer upon return, and the hirer's comments will be taken into account. A valuation report will be sent to the hirer with details of the costs and how they are calculated, as well as proof of the damage. In case of disagreement, the lessee may send his allegations to the customer service and complaints email within 14 days. In the event of disagreement with the resolution, the lessee may file a complaint with the consumer or with the competent courts.
Exceptions to coverage.
A Record Go employee will inspect the vehicle with the Hirer upon return and the Hirer's comments will be taken into account. A valuation report will be sent to the hirer with details of the costs and how they are calculated, as well as justification of the damage. In case of disagreement, the lessee may send his allegations to the customer service and complaints email within 14 days. In the event of disagreement with the resolution, the lessee may file a complaint with the consumer or with the competent courts.
The Lessor will provide the Lessee with a travel assistance service, which will be subcontracted to a third party. In no case shall the Lessee be entitled to any amount for non-use of the service.
The services shall be provided on the Spanish mainland and in Portugal where this has been agreed and the customer has paid the relevant crossing border fee.
Under no circumstances shall the Lessor be liable for any damages that may be caused to the Beneficiary by any of the services contracted under this Service.
In order to ensure the fastest and most effective provision of the Service, the Beneficiary shall, immediately upon the occurrence of a breakdown or incident, report it directly to the Lessor's Customer Service telephone number.
The service provides a 24-hour roadside assistance service that includes, free of charge, the cost of labour for any repairs that can be carried out on site at the place of the breakdown, the change of vehicle at the nearest TODAY RENT office - subject to availability and having previously contracted the Replacement Vehicle - the towing service for the towing of the vehicle and the rental vehicle for a maximum of 24 hours or taxi to get to that office.
Exceptions:
Warning: If the customer has requested the assistance service, but does not need it, he/she must call the TODAY RENT assistance telephone number to cancel the service. Otherwise, the customer will be charged the towing service fee according to the distance for the costs incurred by the service provider.

In case of breakage, loss, theft or robbery of the keys of the rented vehicle, TODAY RENT will apply a penalty of minimum 302,50 € and the client will be obliged to continue paying the rental fee even if he/she cannot use the vehicle and in case of termination of the rental contract, a penalty will be applied for the time that the vehicle cannot be used, which will be at least equivalent to 1 day of rental according to the existing daily rate at that moment.
For electric vehicles, in case of breakage, loss, theft or robbery of the charging cable, TODAY RENT will apply the following penalty depending on the specific model:
In case of refueling the rented vehicle with the wrong type of fuel, TODAY RENT will apply a penalty of a minimum of 302,50 € and a maximum equal to the total repair of the vehicle plus any added cost to it.
The rental price includes standard cleaning of the rented vehicle. However, in the event that the rented vehicle requires special cleaning, TODAY RENT will charge the contract holder € 95.00 or € 200.00 to cover the costs of treatment, special cleaning and vehicle immobilization.
Special cleaning is considered to be any cleaning that requires more thorough action and involves taking the vehicle out of its normal standard washing cycle.
Some examples of where special cleaning charges would apply are shown in the table below:

The amounts indicated above shall be the minimum amount to be charged in each case. In the event that the invoice for vehicle refurbishment exceeds this amount, the full amount of the invoice will be charged, plus the cost of replacing any parts that may be necessary
A RecordGo employee will check the vehicle with the Hirer upon return and the Hirer's comments will be taken into account. A report will be sent to the hirer with details of the costs, as well as photographs and proof of the state of dirtiness of the vehicle. In case of disagreement, the lessee may send his allegations within 14 days to the customer service and complaints email. In the event of disagreement with the resolution, the lessee may file a complaint with the consumer or with the competent courts.
TODAY RENT does not allow smoking inside its vehicles. In the event that the vehicle smells of tobacco, TODAY RENT will apply a penalty of 50 € to cover the costs of treatment, special cleaning and vehicle shutdown.
A Record Go employee will check the vehicle with the renter upon return and the renter's comments will be taken into account. In the event of disagreement with the rental assessment, the renter may send his or her comments to the customer service email within 14 days and, if he or she does not agree with the decision, may resort to consumer arbitration, to whose decision the parties agree to submit for the resolution of these disputes.
Unless previously hired the Cross Border extra, driving outside the territory authorized by the Cross Border extra will elicit a penalty of 400 €. Whether Cross Border extra is contracted or not, if the vehicle is driven beyond the territories authorized by this extra (see point 4.2.4), the penalty will be 1000 € plus 0.25 € for each kilometer driven from the start of the rental in addition to the corresponding invalidation of cover and the consequences specified in point 1.4 of "Obligations of the contract holder with respect to the vehicle", consisting of the invalidation of the cover contracted, so that the contract holder will be responsible for the payment of the damages caused to the rented vehicle, the cost of the tow truck, the repatriation of the vehicle and all the expenses generated, which may reach the amount of the total excess.
In case of exceeding the mileage included per rental, TODAY RENT will apply a penalty.

The review of the mileage and the corresponding adjustment may be carried out by the Lessor monthly.
In relation to each leased vehicle, the price per kilometer may be reviewed and adjusted, where applicable, on a monthly basis and at the end of the lease, depending on the kilometers covered by the vehicle, in the terms detailed above and in the General Conditions of this Contract. This is without prejudice to the Lessor's right to recalculate the price of the vehicle lease when the mileage travelled by the vehicle proportionally exceeds the contracted mileage.
TODAY RENT does not offer drop-off or one-way rentals. The contract holder must return the rented vehicle to the same pick-up location. In case the contract holder returns the rented vehicle to another office than the pick-up office, TODAY RENT will charge a penalty of 200,00 €. In addition to this payment, the contract holder will also be responsible for the payment of the daily rental rate until the vehicle is returned and for the costs of recovering the vehicle.
Failure to return the vehicle at the end of the contract at the agreed place and time shall entitle the Lessor to claim and receive three times the monthly amount of the agreed rent as a penalty, until the vehicle is effectively returned by the Lessee. For these purposes, the monthly rent will be prorated, if applicable, for the days of delay in returning the vehicle.
The same penalty shall apply in the event of termination of the lease for any of the reasons set out in the section on termination of the lease, point C .
In addition, in the above cases, the cover contracted will be invalidated and the lessor will be responsible for the full payment of any damage to the vehicle and the expenses incurred for the recovery of the vehicle, which will be a minimum of 436 € in the event that the vehicle has been reported after 24 hours have elapsed.
In case of abandonment of the vehicle, TODAY RENT will apply a penalty of 200,00 €. In addition to this payment, the contract holder will also be responsible for the payment of the penalty indicated in the previous point and for the costs of recovering the vehicle.
The above penalties are detailed and informed to the customer in the booking process by highlighting the key information, so that the information can be marked for acceptance.
Upon return of the vehicle, a Record Go employee will check the vehicle with the hirer, and the hirer's comments will be taken into account. The customer will be informed of any penalties that may be applicable according to the above. He will be provided with a report and details of the costs, photographs, as well as the necessary supporting documentation. In case of disagreement, the lessee may send his allegations to the customer service and complaints email within 14 days. In the event of disagreement with the resolution, the lessee may file a complaint with the consumer or the competent courts.
Prices of the full tank of fuel and the service and refueling charge are calculated on the basis of the official oil prices at the time of collection of the rented vehicle. These prices should be consulted regularly, as they may be updated according to the fluctuation of official prices.
Conditions of the full-full fuel return system:
The amount charged depends on the model/make of vehicle received and the market price on the day of collection (see table). The contract holder will pay the price of fuel used.
*The unit of measurement of the fuel tank shall be per 1/8 of the full tank of the vehicle.
Full-full system conditions:
Payment of the monthly rent will be made as indicated in the particular conditions, which will normally be by direct debit, prepayable instalments between the 1st and 5th of each month. The customer must sign the SEPA CORE form.
Exceptionally, and without this entailing any greater cost for the lessee, the first monthly payment for the lease of each vehicle and the deposit shall be paid prior to delivery of the vehicle, by credit card or bank transfer.
The payment of the following monthly fee and the corresponding adjustments that may apply in accordance with the contracting conditions shall be paid by direct debit, prepayable between the 1st and 5th of each month, unless otherwise indicated in the particular conditions.
The deposit or security deposit may not be used by the tenant as a pretext for delaying the payment of his rent or of the adjustments or penalties that correspond according to the contract conditions. The amount to be paid as a deposit shall be the amount indicated in the particular conditions. The deposit will be returned to the bank account indicated by the lessee within a maximum period of one month and in any case, after verifying full compliance with the contractual conditions.
After the end of the contract, the corresponding settlement will be made and if the deposit is not sufficient, an additional receipt will be issued.
Notwithstanding the above, by signing the rental contract, the contract holder expressly authorizes TODAY RENT to use the bank card provided at the time of rental and, if applicable, the deposit or guarantee for the following purposes:
The payment obligations assumed by the Customer in this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect even in the event that the vehicle cannot be used for reasons not attributable to the Lessor. Furthermore, in such an event, the Customer shall not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity for this reason.
The variations that may be passed on to the Lessee for the adjustments or charges that correspond in accordance with the conditions, or for those derived from the mileage adjustment, shall be stated as a differentiated concept in the receipt or invoice corresponding to the months affected by said repercussion.
The delay on the part of the Lessor in making the adjustments to which it is entitled, shall not, under any circumstances, waive or forfeit its right to make them and, where appropriate, to pass them on to the Lessee.
The payment obligations assumed by the Customer in this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect even in the event that the vehicle cannot be used for reasons not attributable to the Lessor. Furthermore, in such an event, the Customer shall not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity for this reason.
The Client expressly consents that the invoices corresponding to the monthly instalments, as well as any other financial obligations payable by the Client under this Agreement, may be sent by the Lessor by e-mail to the address given at the beginning of this Agreement (or to any other address subsequently notified to the Lessor).
The Tenant who delays the payment of any instalment or any other financial obligation to be paid by virtue of this contract, shall pay the Lessor, from the day following its due date, default interest of ONE per cent per month, which shall accrue on a daily basis, without the need for a reminder. Likewise, in such cases, the Lessee must pay the Lessor, as repayment expenses, the amount equivalent to FIVE per cent of the unpaid amount, with a minimum of THIRTY euros.
In the event that the delay or non-payment is equal to or exceeds the equivalent of two monthly instalments, TODAY RENT may cancel the contract in advance, be released from its obligations and may take the necessary measures to recover the vehicle.
If the client has made the booking directly with TODAY RENT, it is possible to cancel the booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental.
If the customer has made the booking through an intermediary, he/she must contact the intermediary to arrange the cancellation of the booking.
Modificatio
ns to the booking will also be permitted, if the modification concerns the pick-up and/or return time of the vehicle (provided that there is no change of days) or the flight number.
Restrictions
TODAY RENT does not accept extensions to the rental contract. If requested by the tenant and accepted by TODAY RENT, a new rental contract must be concluded.
Exception:
7.1.2.2. Replacement of the vehicle
As a general rule, the fares do not include a replacement vehicle.
TODAY RENT will replace the rented vehicles, when this service is contracted, for one of a similar or lower category, within a maximum period of 72 working hours in the following cases:
Excluded from the concept of replacement, and therefore giving rise to supplementary invoicing, is the disablement for any reason of the rented vehicle when it is due to negligence on the part of the driver, breach of the client's obligations or due to any of the exclusions of cover included in the general or specific conditions of the contract.
TODAY RENT will only be obliged to carry out the above-mentioned replacements within the Spanish mainland or Portugal when the cross-border extra has been contracted. These replacements will always be made at TODAY RENT's offices, and the transport costs for the delivery and return of the replacement vehicle will be paid by the client.
If so agreed by the Lessee, the Lessor will provide the Lessee with a replacement vehicle service, which will be subcontracted to TODAY RENT. This service is always subject to availability.
Under no circumstances shall the Hirer be entitled to a refund of any amount for non-use of the service, or to be given a vehicle of a higher category than the one contracted and/or for a longer period of time than the one contracted.
The Lessor will take the necessary steps to provide the Lessee with a specific vehicle model (within the contracted category) through TODAY RENT. If this is not possible due to TODAY RENT's lack of availability, the Lessor will not be held responsible for the Lessor not being able to provide it. To use this service, you must call Lessor’s Customer Service Department.
TODAY RENT may refuse the replacement vehicle if it considers that the alterations produced in the rented vehicle were caused by the breach or violation of the obligations and conditions set out in this rental contract, which have been previously accepted by the renter (see the section on obligations and 1.4 obligations of the contract holder and drivers), by accident of the renter or by any other circumstance that by law may entitle the renter to a replacement vehicle. TODAY RENT has a period of up to 72 hours to assess the situation with the information available to it and decide on the delivery of a replacement vehicle.
It is mandatory that the contract holder or any of the authorized drivers be present at the time of replacement and present his national identity card, passport or equivalent document as proof of identity.
Once the vehicle has been repaired, TODAY RENT will decide whether to return the original vehicle or to continue the rental with the vehicle delivered and will inform the client, who will have a period of 48 hours to collect the original vehicle if so instructed. If the vehicle is not returned within this period, TODAY RENT will invoice both vehicles.
If the client has made the booking directly with TODAY RENT, he/she can cancel the booking free of charge and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the rental. The deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, after the scheduled pick-up time or if the vehicle cannot be delivered due to non-compliance with any of the obligations.
If the customer has booked through an intermediary, he/she must contact the intermediary to arrange the cancellation of the booking.
The customer will have 24hrs to add the necessary documentation for the total formalization of the vehicle request, after which Today Rent may cancel the request without having received the relevant documentation.
Once Today Rent has approved the vehicle request, if the customer does not proceed to sign the contract within 24 hours of receipt of the same in the email provided, Today Rent may cancel the reservation.
If the customer does not show up at the desk on the date and time agreed at the time of booking. The booking will be considered ‘no show'.
If the customer shows up at the desk on the date and time agreed at the time of the booking and does not comply with the booking conditions and contractual terms and/or is in debt to this company, the booking will be considered a 'no show'.
TODAY RENT will not refund the deposit in case of 'no show'.
The rental price is stipulated according to the duration of the vehicle rental, whereby compliance with the full rental period is an essential condition. In case of early return of the rented vehicle, 50% of the remaining instalments will be charged and the deposit will not be refunded.
Limited mileage rates: in the event of early return of the rented vehicle, the customer may only drive the kilometers corresponding to the rental days used.
The minimum advance booking period is 48 hours for TODAY RENT offices and 7 days in the case of personalized deliveries.
In the event that the driver is imposed a traffic fine during the rental period, TODAY RENT is obliged by law to identify him/her and provide the authorities with his/her personal details, so that the contract holder will receive the fine imposed for payment at his/her home address. The CLIENT is obliged to inform TODAY RENT of the identity of the driver of each vehicle and their full correct address whenever required to do so. Unless otherwise stated by the CLIENT, the driver of the vehicle will be understood to be the person identified as such (as the main driver) in the particular conditions.
In the event that it is not possible to identify the driver for reasons not attributable to TODAY RENT, the hirer will be responsible for the payment of any fine or sanction committed during the rental period. The hirer must indemnify the lessor against any fines, fines, taxes, surcharges and in general costs of any kind imposed by the authorities because of the driver's infringement and for the use of the vehicle.
The CLIENT will reimburse TODAY RENT for the amount of any penalties imposed or directed against the latter as a result of incorrect or faulty identification of the driver of a vehicle. The CLIENT releases TODAY RENT from any liability for fines and penalties or claims that may result from infringements of legal provisions or claims of third parties in connection with the use of the vehicles. In the event that TODAY RENT is found liable for such infringements, the CLIENT will reimburse TODAY RENT for the costs incurred on first request, and TODAY RENT may charge this from the deposit or from the bank card used as a guarantee for the rental.

The occurrence of any of the events of noncompliance provided for in this section C shall also entitle the Lessor to terminate the Contract, with prior written notice to the Lessee, in respect of all the leased vehicles.
Subrogation of a third party to the vehicle rental contract shall not be possible.
The customer may not assign the rental contract to any third party or sublet the vehicle.
Non-performance by the customer shall be grounds for termination of the contract.
When a customer makes a booking with TODAY RENTTODAY RENT, he/she is booking a group of vehicles including several different models. It is not possible to book a specific model, so the customer will not be able to choose the specific model delivered.

TODAY RENT S.L. (hereinafter, "TODAY RENT") is responsible for the processing of the following data: a) the Client's own data, if the Client is a natural person and b) the data of the natural persons who, providing their services to the Client as a legal entity, contact TODAY RENT to enable the maintenance, development and management of the business relationship formalized by means of the rental contract (contact persons), to whom the Client undertakes to inform of the full content of this section.
The personal data of the aforementioned interested parties will be processed for the following purposes:
For these purposes, the data may be communicated to the following third party recipients: Public Administrations for compliance with legal obligations (e.g. traffic fines) and banking institutions for the management of collections, payments and attempts to reverse payments (in which case we may provide the geolocation data required to accredit the breach of contractual conditions by the customer). They may also be communicated to the following categories of data processors: providers of electronic communications, office automation, hosting, computer maintenance, management, accounting, auditing, consultancy, legal representation, insurance companies, brokers. These processors may transfer personal data to processors located in third countries and with whom standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission (Commission Decision (EU) 2010/87/EU) have been formalized.
The renter knows, knows and accepts that, in the event of an administrative sanction caused by the renter, TODAY RENT may transfer his personal data to related or unrelated companies (owners of the hired vehicle) so that they in turn can identify him before the competent authorities. This communication of data is covered by art. 11.1 a) of the Royal Legislative Decree 6/2015 of 30 October, which approves the revised text of the Law on Traffic, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Road Safety.
The interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, data portability and opposition, as well as withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to its withdrawal, by sending their request to Avda. Casalduch nº 61. Castellón C.P.:12005; or to [email protected]enclosing, in each case, a photocopy of your national identity card, passport or equivalent document, in force. In any case, the interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the corresponding supervisory authority if they deem it appropriate.
The rental contract is governed by the Terms and Conditions described in the previous points and by the Spanish legislation on the leasing of things. Any divergence that may arise between the Lessor and the Lessee, they agree to submit to the Spanish Courts that legally correspond with express will against the submission to arbitration.
Our company is a member of the National Federation of Car Rental Companies without Driver (FENEVAL) and all our practices are carried out in accordance with the codes of this Association and the provisions of current legislation.
TODAY RENT reserves the right not to rent vehicles to customers who violate any of the conditions or obligations set out in this document.
Likewise, TODAY RENT reserves the right not to rent the vehicle in case of justified doubts about the possibility of non-compliance with the obligations of this contract, due to a history of non-payment or incidents on the part of the client.
