Instructions for obtaining your rental agreement

• Go straight forward, heading left around the central reservation area.   1   
• Continue straight on towards the end of the vestibule and, before you reach the exit doors, turn to the left.  2  
• You’ll find our office on your left. R
• In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement.

Directions from the terminal office to the pick-up office

• Once you’ve got your rental agreement, in front of our office you will find the entrance to ‘Car park C’, painted red.  A  
• Go down to floor 1 of the car park using the elevator or stairs.  B  
• On this floor, you’ll find the Record go office. R
• In this office, they’ll give you the keys to your vehicle.

Directions to the drop-off office in the cark park

• Go to the airport following the ‘car rental’ signs which will guide you to the vehicle entrance of the terminal 1 car park.  1   
• Enter the car park, turn to the right and continue straight until the end of the corridor.  2   
• Make a 180º turn and continue straight until you reach the end of the corridor, where you’ll find the ramp up to the first floor.  3   
• Once on the first floor, turn to the right and continue straight towards the end of the corridor, where you’ll find Zone C, indicated by red columns.  4 
• Turn right and park the vehicle in one of the Record go drop-off spaces. They are the spaces marked in red on the map.  5   
• Once the vehicle is parked, go to the Record go drop-off office and hand in the vehicle key to properly identified Record go staff only.

PLEASE NOTE: Drop-offs outside of office hours (Check timetable in Point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions): If you return the vehicle outside of office hours, deposit the vehicle’s keys in the key mailbox at the Record go drop-off office.

Instructions for obtaining your rental agreement

• Exit the T2B luggage collection hall and enter the arrivals vestibule.
• You’ll find our office just in front of you and to the left.
• In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement.

Directions from the terminal office to the pick-up office

• Route B. Once you have obtained the contract, exit the terminal through the first door on your right.
• Once outside the terminal, go straight ahead to the right to the pedestrian crossing.
• Cross the pedestrian crossing and you will find the (40-75) Record go collection spaces.

Directions to the drop-off office in the cark park

• Head towards the airport following the CAR RENTAL signs which will guide you to the entrance of the Terminal 2 parking. 
• Once you have passed the first barrier, you will immediately find a roundabout. 
• Follow the CAR RENTAL sign which will lead you to a second barrier.
• Turn left and at the last lane turn right. Continue straight ahead until you reach the end of the parking. 
• There you will find the RECORD GO parking spaces. 
• Park your car in one of these parking spaces (1-40).
• Once the vehicle is parked, go to the Record go drop-off office and hand in the vehicle key to properly identified Record go staff only.
