Directions to the Record go office

From Chamartín-Clara Campoamor station

(1) Our office is located next to Chamartín-Clara Campoamor station. When you arrive at the station, follow directions for the exit to Calle de Agustín de Foxá. Once in the main hall, cross the pedestrian crossing just in front of the main door, turn right and continue straight ahead.
(2) At the end of the pavement, you will find some stairs. After walking down them, turning slightly to the left, there is a pedestrian crossing which you will have to cross (passing under the bridge).
(3) When you have crossed the road, turn left, passing number 29 on Calle Agustín de Foxá on your right.
(4) At the first junction (with Calle de José Vasconcelos), you will see the “Parking Centro Norte” sign on the corner. There, turn right again and continue straight ahead on the same pavement.
(5) At the next junction (with Calle de Mauricio Legendre), turn right and continue towards the “Parking Centro Norte” sign.
As you go down the ramp you will find our office in front of you.

Go to the counter in the office. You will be given your rental contract and the keys to your vehicle

Once you arrive at our office, go to one of our Just Go Boxes (self-service kiosks) and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
Then go to the counter to pick up the keys for your vehicle.

Enter the car park and park the vehicle in one of the Record go drop-off spaces.
