If when returning the vehicle it has the same level of fuel, a full refund is performed. Remember that in order to be considered full, you will have to bring the ticket of the refuelling from a petrol station that is no further away than 10 km from the return office. In case the vehicle is not returned completely refuelled, we will check the tank level and we will refund the corresponding part, adding —if necessary— a refuelling penalty.
