How do I collect or return the vehicle outside of office hours?

Out-of-hours pick-up: in some of our offices we offer an ‘out-of-hours pick-up service’. In order to guarantee this service, you must provide your flight or train number before the pick-up date. Once the plane has landed or the train has arrived, the holder will have 40 minutes to come to the office to collect the vehicle.  There is an extra charge for this service.  

 

Out-of-hours return: in offices where the 24-hour ‘Out-of-hours return’ option is available, it is not necessary to make any additional arrangements to the reservation and the keys of the rental vehicle must simply be deposited in the drop boxes provided in our offices.
