I haven’t received the confirmation e-mail for the booking, what should I do?

If you have not received your booking confirmation email within 24 hours, we recommend you to follow these steps:

 

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes, automatic emails can be filtered in these folders.
  • Check that the email address provided is correct. It is possible that there was a typo when you entered your email address.
  • If after checking you cannot find the email, please contact our colleagues at [email protected] to review your case and resend you the confirmation and make sure everything is in order with your booking.
